Bookkeeper/Accountant

Little Rock Service Company is in search for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with an Accounting Degree! 
 
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, taxes, and deductions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and summarize daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports (e.g., Trial Balance).
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and prepare documentation for tax filing and audits.
  • Data Entry & Recording: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Issue invoices, manage collections, and process vendor payments.
  • Reconciliation:
    Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy
    .

    Must have experience with full charge bookkeeping and Degree in Accounting, Stable Work History & Great References!  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm!
