Fantastic Little Rock Specialty Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled  RMA or LPN to join their medical/surgical team.

Monday will work in the Benton Clinic, 7:45am to 4:30pm. Tuesday thru Friday in Little Rock Clinic, 7:45am to 4:30pm! Will rotate off early on Friday after 90 days! 

Pay Depends on Experience & Stable Work History!

As a Surgery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

-Instill and remove sutures
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely charting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, and preventive measures
- Assist with procedures and surgeries, ensuring proper sterile techniques are followed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Current Certification/License in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
